Massage (Tui Na)
Hot Stone Massage

This is a combined treatment of Chinese Medicine and Heat Therapy to treat muscle pain, arthritis, stress, depression, insomnia, etc.

Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The massage therapist places the hot stones on specific acupoints on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

Acupressure Massage

Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine bodywork technique based on the same ideas as acupuncture.

It involves placing physical pressure, by hand, elbow, or with the aid of various devices, on different pressure points on the surface of the body (which may be far distant from the symptom, related by what is called the meridian system) to bring about relief through greater balance and circulation of fluids (blood, lymph) and metabolic energies in the body (heat, qi). Acupressure helps in reducing pain, fatigue, muscle stiffness, stress, etc.

It is a unique technique that would be appropriate for the kids since it is a pain-free, natural treatment. Acupressure could help for kid's cough, diarrhea as well as stop vomiting and other symptoms.

Cupping Massage

Cupping massage is one part of Acupuncture treatment, which is provided by cups (usually made of glass and plastic) to be placed on the treatment area.

The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen tight muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even skin cellulite.
